A Little More...

Stargazer is my personal alcove on the Internet. I've envisioned it as a storehouse for myself, placing whatever useful thing I can think of into it. Since it's birth in 2003, it has grown from a simple weblog to my own personal, unique space. Things have changed numerously, but the focus has been the same: me. Whether or not I am an interesting subject is up to you, but I do believe that for the most part, Stargazer serves as a place for me to discover myself in a sense. You all just happen to be lucky to witness the process.

Beginnings

Before this website was created, I had already owned a personal collective. But because of unfortunate circumstances, it was discontinued. After deciding to start fresh, I created this very website in June of 2003, originally calling it Deep River. At the time it was a small online journal hosted on FateBack, a free host whose services I'd been using before. It has since endured many name changes, relocations, and revamps. It was last active as Stargazer, a personal website hosted by an old friend on fated-circle.org

Resurrection

Sometime between 2005 and 2006, I lost interest in the webdesign world. It became more difficult to keep up with maintaining Stargazer, and eventually it was left dormant. I became more interested in Facebook and took to blogging at my LiveJournal. Attempts at revival were made between 2006 and 2008, but it wasn't until June of 2009 when I finally took action. I bought my own domain, bumplum.com, and 6 years after its inception, reopened Stargazer.

This version has been christened 2.0. The old content is still around, but it's a brand new era.
